Dynamic Shorts | 4.5"

i feel like i can’t win with this company. i bought impact in an xs, and i couldn’t even get them over my legs. so i try a s in dynamic. so much better when i tried them on; but when i lifted in them i realized they were too big and were actually so unflattering. i submit a message to see if an exchange is possible, and i still haven’t heard anything. it’s just really unfortunate to spend SO much money and not be happy with it. and what can i even do about it because the return policy is unworn items? so annoying, especially after giving it another chance because everyone talks so highly about the shorts.
